Maricopa County Jail allows inmates to receive mails and some packages. The number of mails that an inmate can send or receive is limitless. Some of the packages that can be allowed with strict supervision from the jail administrator include medications, eyeglasses, contacts, and some type of books. Sending Money

When inmates join the Maricopa County Jail system, their families are expected to form a commissary account for them. Through this, they can receive money from well-wishers. However, the facility does not allow deposits through the phone or online means; it is restricted to traditional means such as bank checks, money orders, certified checks, or physical cash deposits at the facility.

Phone calls

Maricopa County Jail like most correctional facilities, does not allow inmates to receive incoming calls. They can only receive messages through the jail staff in case of family emergencies such as death or illnesses. However, they are allowed to make calls via prepaid phone cards. Visitation
