Inmates at the Edgar County Jail are allowed to receive and spend money from friends and family members through their Commissary inmate accounts. Here, the sender deposits cash, checks, or money orders at the Paris Courthouse kiosk or the jail lobby kiosk. The check or money order should bear the inmate’s full names and ID number.
