Sending Money

Inmates at the Fraser City Jail may need money to purchase some items from the commissary or the canteen. For this, members of the public can send money to the inmates via money order only.

Phone calls

Arrestees at the Fraser City Jail are not allowed to receive any incoming calls. However, the inmates have the right to make one outgoing phone calls to friends or family members. Each visit is 15 minutes long. One adult is allowed per visit. Also, a child, accompanied by a legal guardian, is allowed to visit an inmate at the Fraser City Jail. An exception is to this rule is for attorneys and members of the clergy who can visit the inmates on any day of the week, 24 hours a day. For identification, the visitors should bring valid photo identification.
