The Price County Sheriff’s office, through the Phillips Detention Facility, receives mails and packages for inmates held at the Phillips City Jail. Members of the public are to address the mail or package as follows: -

Sending Money

Inmates at the Phillips City Jail are allowed to spend up to $100 on commissary items. Therefore, a member of the public may deposit funds to the inmate’s commissary account via: -

Phone calls

Inmates are not allowed to receive any phone calls while held at the Phillips City Jail. Instead, the inmates can make collect calls or regular calls from their ICS phone account. The recipient should make prior arrangements with their telephone service provider so that the collect calls are not automatically blocked.

Visitation

Only inmates that have been in the Phillips Detention Facility for at least 72 hours are eligible for visitation. In turn, arrestees are not allowed any visitation while in custody at the Holding Facility.
