The Mills City Jail is a maximum security jail in Natrona County, Wyoming. It comprises of eight double occupancy cells holding at least eight inmates a month and at least 160 bookings each year. Each inmate at the Mills City Jail has access to a Commissary account where they can receive and spend money on personal items.
